Refund policy

At Sinta Studio Co, every piece is thoughtfully made to order with care and intention. Because many of our items are personalised, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Personalised birthday banners

  • Name plaques

  • Newborn and milestone keepsakes

  • Any item customised with names, dates, or specific details

Please ensure all spelling, dates, and details are correct at checkout, as orders are created exactly as submitted.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once assessed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (where applicable)

This is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Personalised Items

If your item is not personalised, you may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee changes once work has started.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
